Mohammed W. Bah

Mohammed W. Bah is a Ph.D. student in Urban and Environmental Planning and Policy at the University of California, Irvine. A native of Liberia, he studies how climate-vulnerable communities respond and adapt to environmental threats. He is also a fellow with the UCI Climate Justice Initiative, where he collaborates with community-based organizations and Indigenous leaders to map environmental injustices in Southern California. Mohammed’s broader research interests include climate adaptation, environmental justice, environmental governance, and environmental decision-making in the Global South.
